模拟沼气池厌氧预处理南方丘陵农村厕所黑水的效能

摘    要:研究了单级和二级模拟沼气池厌氧预处理南方丘陵农村厕所黑水的效能。结果表明,当进水TCOD和SCOD平均浓度分别为862和718 mg/L,HRT分别为12、24、36和72 h时,稳定期各单级模拟沼气池对TCOD的平均去除率分别为12.5%、57.5%、60.8%和67.1%;对SCOD的平均去除率分别为-15.7%、53.6%、55.3%和64.7%,当HRT为72 h时,二级模拟沼气池与单级模拟沼气池相比,其对TCOD和SCOD的平均去除率分别提高了6.4%和8.9%,表明HRT为72 h时,有较好的去除效能。二者对厕所黑水均有较好的去除效能,但二级模拟沼气池稍优于单级模拟沼气池。考虑经济性,HRT为72 h的单级模拟沼气池可优选作为农村厕所黑水厌氧预处理的核心生物单元,与后续人工湿地等生态处理装置组合。

Efficiency of Simulated Biogas Digester Reactors for Anaerobic Pretreatment of Rural Toilet Black Water from the South Hilly Area

Abstract:The efficiency of the one-stage and two-stage simulated biogas digester reactors for the anaerobic pretreatment of the rural toilet black water from the south hilly area was studied. The results showed that when the average influent concentrations of TCOD and SCOD were 862 and 718 mg/L, the HRT were 12, 24, 36 and 72 h respectively, the average removal efficiencies of TCOD and SCOD were 12.5%, 57.5%, 60.8%, 67.1% and -15.7%, 53.6%, 55.3%, 64.7% accordingly under the steady-state phase. The removal efficiency of 72 h HRT reactor was higher than those of three other HRTs reactors. The TCOD and SCOD removal efficiencies of the two-stage simulated biogas digester reactors were improved by 6.4% and 8.9% respectively compared with the one-stage reactor at the 72 h HRT. This indicated that both one-stage and two-stage simulated biogas digester reactors achieved good COD removal efficiencies and the efficiency of the two-stage reactor was a little higher than that of the one-stage reactor for the toilet black water anaerobic pretreatment. Considering the economic factor, the 72 h HRT one-stage simulated biogas digester reactor could be used as the key biological treatment unit to combine with the follow-up ecological treatment equipments such as the constructed wetland for the rural toilet black water treatment.
