Abstract:The total amount control method for sulphur dioxide emission in China and the application of network transporation theory for atmosphere were described. The research results of total amount control method for sulphur dioxide emission were assessed initially. The total amount control target of sulphur dioxide emission in China was provided for the year 2010,excluding the most areas of Gansu,Xinjiang,Qinghai and Tibet.
