Minimization of NH3-N discharge can be realized through strengthening the steam stripping efficiency of sour water and improving the performance of the wastewater biological treatment facilities.Decreasing the generation and disposal amount of caustic sludge can be accomplished by adopting cleaner technologies and recycling caustic sludge. The “three sludge”problem can be settled by using a coke tower to dispose the “three sludge”.
