游乐设施G加速度分析与判别方法

摘    要:加速度是游乐设施安全性的一个重要指标,分析游乐设施加速度对乘客刺激性和安全性的影响,详细解读新颁布游乐设施安全规范中的G加速度的含义和要求,针对动力学仿真分析提出游乐设施G加速度的确定方法。研究新规范中加速度允许值的解析公式及单向加速度与联合加速度之间的关系,结合测试与仿真分析数据的特点,提出一种简单方便的G加速度判别方法。该方法对游乐设施加速度标准的理解和执行有较大的指导意义。采用提出的加速度分析判别方法,给出弹射蹦极最大G加速度估计、过山车组合加速度判别的工程实例。

Abstract:Acceleration is one of important safety indexes for amusement devices.The effects of acceleration of amusement devices on the excitement and safety of passengers are firstly analyzed,and the meaning and requirements of G-acceleration in newly-issued safety code of amusement devices are detailed.Then,a useful determination method for G-acceleration is presented through dynamic simulation analysis.Formulas of permissible acceleration in the new code are studied and the relationship between single-direction permissible acceleration and united permissible acceleration is researched.Based on it,a simple discriminant approach of G-acceleration is put forward with consideration on the characteristics of the test and simulation analysis data,which is a guide for understanding and implementing the items about acceleration in the new code.Finally,two engineering examples about G-acceleration analysis of bungee jumping device and roller coaster are given with the application of the approach into them.
