摘    要:基于ANSYS软件建立了细石混凝土半填充、细石混凝土全填充和加气混凝土砌块填充三种防火构造的分析模型,探究了截面温度非均匀分布对防火装饰一体化钢梁的温度场和剩余承载力的影响,分析了钢梁上下翼缘及腹板参数对构件抗火性能的影响。结果表明,翼缘宽度的增大会明显降低钢梁的剩余承载力,翼缘厚度的增加会导致钢梁承载力略有下降,钢梁高度的变化对剩余承载力影响不大。给出了防火装饰一体化钢梁剩余承载力的简化计算公式,公式计算结果与有限元结果吻合情况较好。

Abstract:To study the temperature field and bearing capacity of steel beams with non-uniform cross-section temperature for integrated fire protection and decoration structure under fire, three types of fire protection are established based on ANSYS software: fine-stone concrete semi-filled, fine-stone concrete full filled, and autoclaved aerated concrete block filled. The influence of unevenly distributed section temperature on the temperature field and residual bearing capacity of the integrated steel beam with fire protection and decoration was explored, and the impact of the parameters of the upper and lower flanges and webs of the steel beam on the fire resistance of the members was analyzed. The analysis results show that the increase of the flange width will reduce the residual bearing capacity of the steel beam, and the increase of the flange thickness will cause the bearing capacity of the steel beam to decrease slightly, and the change of the height of the steel beam has little effect on the residual bearing capacity. Finally, the simplified calculation formula of the residual bearing capacity of the integrated steel beam with fire protection and decoration is given, and the calculation results of the formula are in good agreement with the finite element results.
