| 摘 要： | 跨越式发展战略的实施,为新疆经济社会发展提供了大好机遇。新疆的经济社会将会快速发展,城市化水平将不断提高;然而新疆的资源、环境、生态也将面临前所未有的巨大压力。跨越式发展正在或即将对新疆生态环境造成现实的破坏和潜在的戚胁。因此应该正确认识新疆环境现状以及跨越式发展给新疆带来的环境影响,并在此基础上提出消除不利影响的对策。

| Abstract: | Leap-forward development strategy provides a great opportunity for Xinjiang＇s economic and social development.The economic and social of Xinjiang will develop rapidly,and the level of urbanization will be raised.However,resources,environment,ecology in Xinjiang will face unprecedented pressure.Leap-forward development is creating or will create reality damage and potential threat on Xinjiang ecological environment.Therefore,it should correctly understand the state of the environment and environmental impacts of by leap-forward development in Xinjiang,then on this based,propose measures to eliminate adverse effects. |
