摘    要:以南京市江心洲污水处理厂污泥为原料热解制得污泥灰,并将其用于吸附直接耐酸大红4BS和活性艳红K-2BP模拟染料废水.考察了吸附剂投加量、吸附时间、温度和pH值对吸附效果的影响,并对其吸附动力学特征进行了探讨.结果表明,反应温度、吸附时间和吸附剂投加量对吸附效果有影响,而废水pH变化则不会引起脱色率的较大改变.室温下,4BS和K-2BP的最佳污泥投加量分别为3g·L-1、10g·L-1.4BS在最佳反应条件(反应时间为25min,反应温度为40℃)下,脱色率可达93%;K-2BP在最佳反应条件(反应时间为150min,反应温度为40℃)下,脱色率约为73%.

Abstract:Sewage sludge ash (SSA) was prepared by pyrolysis of municipal wastewater treatment plant sludge, which was used for the adsorption of Direct Fast Scarlet 4BS and Reactive Brilliant Red K-2BP. The influences of the SSA amount, adsorption time, temperature of wastewater and pH value on adsorption effect were studied. The adsorption kinetics were also discussed. It was shown that, the removal of dyes wastewater depended not only on the temperature of wastewatcr, but also on the adsorption time and SSA amount. However, the change in pH value was somewhat less effective. At room temperature, the optimal SSA amount for the adsorption of 4BS and K-2BP was 3g·L~(-1)and 10g·L~(-1), respectively. And the best operation conditions were found to be as follows: for adsorption of 4 BS, the adsorption time was 25 rain, the temperature was 40℃ ;for adsorption of K-2 B P, the adsorption time was 150rain, and the temperature was 40℃. On these conditions,the removal of 4BS was about 93% while for K-2BP it was 73%.
