| 摘 要： | 报道了从一株有较高半纤维素酶活性的Ｂａｃｉｌｕｓｓｐ．ＢＴ７克隆内切木聚糖酶基因的结果．以大肠杆菌ＸＬ１ｂｌｕｅ为宿主菌，采用水解圈检测法，在含有ＲＢＢ木聚糖（４氧甲基Ｄ葡萄糖苷Ｄ木聚糖Ｒｅｍａｚｏｌ亮蓝Ｒ）的平板上分离到能水解ＲＢＢ木聚糖的阳性克隆３个，对它们进行的限制酶作图和Ｓｏｕｔｈｅｒｎ杂交分析表明，它们属于３种不同的内切木聚糖酶基因

| Abstract: | The results of cloning and characterization of the genes encoding endo xylanase from Bacillus sp. BT 7 were reported in this paper. Three positive clones, named pBX1, pBX2 and pBX3, were isolated and they can express in Escherichia coli and form colorless halo on blue background RBB xylan plate. The analyses by restriction mapping and Southern hybridization proved that they were three different endo xylanase genes. |
