Management countermeasure of lifecycle risk control on heavy metal

By analyzing the management measures of “Minamata Convention on Mercury”,this paper discusses the problems in prevention and control of heavy metal pollution in our country and the necessity of developing countermeasures. Taking the management strategy for prevention and control of heavy metal pollution,basic research,policies and regulations and standard system construction,information management system construction,technology research and development and promotion,supervision and management capacity building and coordination mechanism construction as the breakthrough points,the key problems in various fields are analyzed and the countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
