超滤膜的清洗及污染防控

摘    要:针对污水超滤过程中的膜污染问题,比较了不同清洗剂及清洗顺序对污染膜的清洗效果,考察了超滤运行条件对超滤膜污染的影响,为超滤膜污染的防控提供参考。实验结果表明:各种清洗剂对污染超滤膜清洗效果的优劣顺序为盐酸草酸柠檬酸,氢氧化钠次氯酸钠碳酸钠;强酸—强碱的清洗效果好于弱酸—弱碱;强酸—强碱顺序清洗的通量恢复率(91.88%)大于强碱—强酸顺序清洗的通量恢复率(90.05%);最优运行工艺为运行压力0.04 MPa,进水pH 8.0,膜面流速1.947 m/s,运行周期2 h。

Abstract:Aiming at membrane fouling in the process of ultrafiltration,the effects of different cleaning agents and cleaning sequence on the fouling membrane were compared,and the effects of ultrafiltration operation conditions on membrane fouling were investigated,which can provide reference for the prevention and control of ultrafiltration membrane fouling. The experimental results showed that:The order of cleaning effect of various cleaning agents was hydrochloric acid>oxalic acid>citric acid,sodium hydroxide>sodium hypochlorite>sodium carbonate;The cleaning effect of strong acid-strong alkali was better than that of weak acid-weak alkali;The flux recovery rate of sequential cleaning of strong acid-strong alkali was 91.88%,which was larger than that of strong alkali-strong acid cleaning(90.05%). The optimal operation conditions were as follows:operating pressure 0.04 MPa,influent pH 8.0,membrane surface flow rate 1.947 m/s and operation cycle 2 h.
