摘    要:泄漏检测与修复(LDAR)是国际上通用的减少石化行业VOCs无组织排放的技术方法。在对天津市60套石化化工装置进行LDAR核查评估及专家咨询的基础上,将层次分析法(AHP)与模糊综合评价法(FCE)相结合,建立了一个4层次24个指标的评估指标体系,通过AHP确定指标权重,利用FCE进行模糊综合评分。以甲、乙两石化企业为例进行LDAR评估指标体系的验证,结果表明,该指标体系评估结果与实际LDAR核查评估结果一致,具有良好的实际应用价值。

Abstract:Leak detection and repair(LDAR)is a common international technical method for reduction of fugitive emissions of VOCs in petrochemical industry. Based on the LDAR verification of 60 sets of petrochemical chemical plants in Tianjin and expert advices,a comprehensive evaluation index system with 4 layers of 24 indexes was established by combining analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method(FCE),in which the index weight is determined by AHP and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation score is determined by FCE. Taking A and B petrochemical enterprise as examples to confirm the evaluation index system by LDAR,the evaluation results of the index system are consistent with that of actual LDAR verification,which means the index system has good practical application value.
