微生物絮凝剂MBF10的净水性能和机理研究

摘    要:介绍了一株棒状杆菌属(Corynebacterium)微生物絮凝剂MBF10,显色反应、紫外扫描和GC-MS分析均表明其富含羧基的多糖,是一种阴离子絮凝剂。该絮凝剂具有广谱絮凝作用,对猪场废水、啤酒废水、生活废水、油脂废水有较好的絮凝作用,适宜的条件下可达95%以上。实验表明其絮凝机理是以吸附架桥为主。

Abstract:A microbial bio-flocculant is prepared in the lab with a strain of Corynebacterium Sp named as MBF 10. Its capability of flocculation in treating different kind of wastewater is tested and the main mechanism involved i.e.,sweep flocculation and bridging flocculation,is analyzed. Results show its good effect in purifying wastewater samples such as domestic sewage,wastewater effluents from pig farm and beer brewery.
