1420合金预腐蚀疲劳性能研究

摘    要:研究了1420合金在不同腐蚀介质环境下的预腐蚀疲劳性能。在加速腐蚀环境下,预腐蚀对1420合金的疲劳性能影响较小;加速腐蚀5周样品未出现明显腐蚀痕迹,而11周有腐蚀痕迹出现.并且疲劳寿命曲线略有降低。在剥蚀环境下,预腐蚀对1420合金的疲劳性能影响很大;蚀液浸泡24h样品表面有剥蚀坑出现,剥蚀导致疲劳寿命迅速降低。剥蚀液浸泡72h样品的疲劳寿命只有118周次。

Abstract:The fatigue performance of pre-eorroded 1420 alloy in different corrosion environment was studied. In the accelerated corrosion environment, pre-corrosioo has little effect on fatigue performance of 1420 alloy. No corrosion was fotard afler 5 weeks of test. The corrosion was found clearly and the fatigue life reduced a little after 11 weeks test. In exfoliation corrosion environment, per-corrosion has more effect on fatigue performance of 1420 alloy. The corrosion pits were found after 24 hour exfoliation corrosion test. The fatigue life reduced rapidly by exfoliation corrosion anti was only I 18 cycles afler 72 hour exfoliation corrosion test.
