摘    要:研究的结果表明,复合菌剂投放到天然富营养化水体后,菌种在试验区中能够很好地存活,治理后的磁湖水体出现以下几点效果:在短期内水体透明度增大并逐步趋于稳定;对水体中的总氮有较好的去除作用,能减少水体中氮元素总量;对水体中磷的存在形态有转化和一定的矿化作用,但不能减少水体中磷元素的总量;对底泥中有机质有很好的降解作用。对水生生物没有直接的作用,主要是通过改变水生生物的生存环境而产生作用。

Abstract:Studies on compound bacterium repairing Cihu Lake,Huangshi indicated that compound bacterium can survive well in the experimental area after being put into natural eutrophication lake.Results showed that there is an increase in transparency and reduction in TN.There is also transformation and mineralization for the shape of TP as well as degradation of organic matters in bottom mud.Compound bacterium will not directly affect aquatic biology but improve the survival environment of aquatic biology.
