| Abstract: | A new thought on urban earthquake disaster prevention and reduction is expounded after Hanshin earthquake in 1995 in Japan.The most advanced science and technology have been used to resist natural disasters and raise the capacity of earthquake disaster prevention and reduction.It will make a further development on the earthquake resistance engineering and disaster prevention. |
