摘    要:人工快速种植沉水植物是受污染水体生态修复与沉水植物重建的有效措施之一.研究采用琼脂凝胶取代传统抛栽法的软泥或粘土作为外裹物对苦草进行人工种植,并与传统插栽法进行了对比研究,结果表明:(1)新型琼脂抛栽法种植的苦草成活率达到100%,生物量、光合效率、子株生长情况等指标都表现优良;(2)新型琼脂抛栽法种植苦草过程中水体的CODMn值、TN含量、TP含量都现大幅下降,DO值、ORP值都明显上升,水体水质明显改善.

New Submerged Macrophytes Revegetation Method and Its Impacts on Water Environment
Abstract:Restoring submerged macrophytes artificially is one of the effective measures to recover the contaminated water eco-system.In this study a new revegetation method by employing vallisneria natans was established, in which mud or clay used as package material in traditional sinking method was replaced by agar gel.At the same time we monitored the growth of vallisneria natans and water quality of two different planting methods.The research results showed that under the agar gel-sinking method the survival rate of vallisneria natans reached 100% and other measuring parameters such as biomass, optimal/maximal photo-chemical efficiency of PSⅡin the dark, and the growth of F1 plants also have excellent performance.Meanwhile during the exper-iment time with the sharp drop of CODMn value, total nitrogen content, total phosphorus content and discernable increase of dis-solved oxygen value, oxidation-reduction potential value water quality improved significantly.
