| Abstract: | Because of the revamping and enlarging of production units, the discharging of three kinds of waste materials will be increasing,so it is necessary that envivoninental protection revamping projects are introduced. In this article. Though their assessment,it can be showed that the total pollutant can be reduced by harnessed treatment,and contralled to that one as much as 1995. |
