| Abstract: | Control of the total pollutant amount is a measure widely used in our country to standardize environmental quality. Among which,the scientific and reasonable distribution of the environmental capacity and reasonable calculation of the density of pollutants are very crucial. This thesis deals with this project so as to reach the target of stardardizing the environmental quality from part to region. |
