摘    要:石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫是一种比较成熟、脱硫效率较高的脱硫技术。阐述了这种方法的化学基础和过程动力学,研究了影响烟气脱硫效率的主要因素,并讨论了液气比对提高脱硫效率和降低成本的影响。通过对某公司脱硫系统的优化调整,系统运行稳定,节能效果明显。根据机组负荷控制液气比在11 L/m3左右,脱硫系统的安全性和经济性均可保证,并有广泛地推广空间。

Research on wet FGD system operation optimization based on liquid-gas ratio
Abstract:Wet limestone flue gas desulfurization is a relatively mature and efficient desulfurization technology. Chemical fundamentals and process dynamics appertaining to this method,are elucidated,major factors that af-fect the flue gas desulfurization rate are discussed,together with the factor,liquid-gas ratio for raising desulfu-rization efficiency and lowering relevant costs are discussed. The optimization adjustment in desulfurization sys-tem of a company is actualized,system operating stable,significant energy saving effect greatly. The liquid-gas ratio is control ed about 11 L/m3 based on the ratio of units load,the security and economy of the desulfurization system,both are ensured. The retrofit has great value of practice application.
