摘    要:食用植物油生产过程中排放的污水,是一种较难处理的高浓度污水。结合污水处理工程设计及工程运营情况,对该工程进行了介绍,并提出了进一步完善的建议。该工程进水(高浓度污水)主要污染物浓度为CODCr:20000~25000mg/L,BOD5:10000~15000mg/L,SS:1000~2000mg/L,经过混凝-厌氧-好氧-气浮等工序处理后,出水达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-96)中的1级排放标准(1998年1月1日后)。

Abstract:The sewage discharged in the production process of edible vegetable oil is a kind of high concentration sewages which is more difficult to be disposed. The technological process with biological treatment for oily waste water was introduced and perfect proposal was put forward to further improve the effect of the waste water treatment. The concentration of main pollutants of the effluence ( high concentration sewages) in this project was CODcr 20 000 - 25 000 mg/L, BOD5 10 000 - 15 000 mg/L, SS 1 000 - 2 000 mg/L. After being adopted by the coagulation-anaerobicaerobic-air flotation, the effluent quality met I-class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978-96 ) ( after Jan, 1 st, 1998 ).
