| 摘 要： | 环保合规性评价是实施中国石化HSE管理体系的重要工作之一,尽管各企业均定期开展,但仍缺乏成熟的方法。通过对与中国石化环保相关的法律法规及其它要求进行识别和解读,结合企业实际情况,建立了适合于中国石化的环保合规性评价体系,提出相应的合规性评价理论方法。该方法可帮助中国石化下属企业实现定量的合规性评价,从而掌握企业的实际环保合规水平,进而规避环保不合规风险。同时,该方法还可以实现中国石化不同企业间环保合规水平的排序和比较。
