摘    要:阐明潜艇舱室密闭环境的主要特点,分析舱室内致病微生物的来源和危害,综合比较目前所使用的微生物检测方法,重点论述了使用标准化pcPNA型SPR芯片检测技术作为潜艇舱室内致病微生物监测的重要手段.

Abstract:Major characteristic of submarine cabin were described.The resource and harm of disease incurring microbe were analyzed. The employed supervision measures on microbe at present were compared.An important measure to supervise microbe in submarine was discussed,which named standardized pcPNA SPR chip detection technology.
