Abstract:This paper expounds the management of edible oil and food additives in the supervision and management of railway catering services, the management of food supply by tourist trains and food groups along the line, fast food distribution and online ordering, and the use of relevant supervision documents, etc., and according to the relevant regulations of the state, puts forward some countermeasures and solutions in combination with the current situation of railway management and working hours.
