摘    要:将常规膜生物反应器(CMBR)和生物膜技术相结合,建立了一套复合式膜生物反应器(HMBR)工艺。采用该工艺处理城市污水,对其运行特性进行了研究。试验结果表明,当水力停留时间(HRT)为10h、污泥停留时间(SRT)为10d时,HMBR能够有效去除有机物,对COD和BOD5的平均去除率分别为95.1%和98.5%,比CMBR分别提高了4.6%和3.8%;HMBR能够有效去除营养物质,对NH4+-N、TN和TP的平均去除率分别为98.8%、50.9%和82.2%,比CMBR分别提高了5.4%、13.8%和0.9%;HMBR表现出了良好的膜污染控制能力,当跨膜压差(TMP)到达20kPa时,HMBR运行了143d而CMBR仅运行了57d。

Abstract:A pilot scale hybrid membrane bioreactor (HMBR) which was developed by introducing biolfilm carriers into a conventional membrane bioreactor (CMBR) was exploited and its operational characteristics in the treatment of municipal wastewater were studied. Results showed that at a constant hydraulic retention time of 10h and sludge retention time of 10d, HMBR can remove organic substances effectively, with average COD and BOD5 removal efficiency up to 95.1% and 98.5% respectively, which were enhanced by 4.6% and 3.8% respectively comparing with CMBR. HMBR removed nutrients effectively., with average NH4+-N, TN and TP removals as 98.8%, 50.9% and 82.2% respectively, which was enhanced by 5.4%, 13.8% and 0.9% respectively comparing with CMBR. HMBR showed a good behavior of membrane fouling control.When the transmembrane pressure reached 20kPa, HMBR was operated for 143d while CMBR was operated for only 57d.
