红霉素发酵菌湿渣烧制氧化锌烧渣研究

摘    要:红霉素发酵菌湿渣中约含2.5%的锌,经直接烘干后灼烧实验表明,可获得ZnO含量高达87.15%的氧化锌烧渣。烧渣中铅铜镉铁含量远低于同位品的锌焙砂,是生产高纯氧化锌的最佳原料,有较高的经济价值。

Abstract:Erythromycin waste residue approximately contains 2.5% zinc.The experimental results show the dregs which contain 87.15% zinc oxide can be obtained from the directly burned erythromycin waste residue.The content of metal impurities such as Pb,Cu,Cd,Fe in the dregs is far lower than in the same zinc calcine.The dregs are the best material of pure zinc oxide and have the high economic value.
