酸度和铝对栅藻生长及光合放氧的影响

摘    要:本文研究pH和铝对栅藻生长和光合放氧的影响。pH及铝均能抑制栅藻的生长。当pH5.0时,栅藻生长受到50%的抑制;pH3.0时,几乎不能生长。pH4.0时,30ppm的铝抑制藻生长的50%。pH在4.0~7.0范围内对栅藻光合放氧无影响;30ppm以下的铝短时间内对光合放氧也无明显影响。

Abstract:The populations of Scenedesmis oblignus were cultured in nutrient solution with a series of pH values (7.0 , 6.0,5.0 , 4.0 and 3. 0 )and with a series of Al concentration (5, 10, 20, and 30 ppm )at pH 4.0. The growth and oxygen release of this algae were measured. The result showed that both acidity and Al depressed the growth significantly. In comparison with the control, the growth rate was decreased to 50 percent in treatments at pH 5.0 or 30 ppm Al at pH 4.0. The growth was hardly observed at pH3.0. But, acidity and Al had no signifi cant effects on the oxygen releasd photosynthetically in this algae.
