| 摘 要： | 以合肥高新技术产业开发区为例,利用2003年-2008年的资源能源数据,通过回顾性评价研究方法,分析出新鲜水耗量是在正常消耗范围、单位工业增加值废水产生量低于国家标准值、综合能耗弹性系数呈下降趋势和控制SO2排放量的必要性等一系列问题,这对合肥高新区今后的发展将起到积极指导作用。

| Abstract: | This study takes Hefei High-tech Industrial Development Zone as an example and uses 2003-2008 resources and energy data to evaluate the research methods by reviewing previous experiences.It reaches conclusions that fresh water consumption is in the normal range;the wastewater discharge/value added is lower than national standard,comprehensive energy consumption elasticity coefficient decreases and SO2 emission control is very important.These questions will play a positive role in guiding the future developm... |
