化感物质对土壤脲酶活性的影响

摘    要:研究不同的化感物质FA,4-t-BA,BH的不同浓度及其混合物对土壤脲酶活性的影响。研究结果表明,3种化感物质对土壤脲酶活性均有一定的刺激作用,其中4-t-BA刺激作用最强,但持续时间短;BH的刺激作用弱,但持续时间长,不同化感物质对脲酶活性的最大刺激点随时间的不同而不同,其中4--BA的500mg.kg^-1和BH的200mg.kg^-1均在第7d,而FA的500mg.kg^-1在第display stru

Abstract:Three allelochemicals such as ferulic acid(FA),benzoldehyde(BH)and 4-tert-bytylbanzoc acid (4-t-BA) at different concentrations of single and mixture have been investigated for their effects on uricase activity.The results showed some stimulating effects of allelochemicals studied on uricase activety.4-t-BA among those has more strong effects than others,but the effected time is shorter,and BH has a weak effect but a longer effected time.Allelopathic effects are dependant on the allelochemicals concentration and time of their influence.The strongest effects were 7th day and 4th day for 500mg·kg-1 of 4-t-BA,200mg·kg-1 of BH and 500mg·kg-1 of FA,respectively.The stimulation of mixture of allelochemicals is stronger than a single at same concentration.
