四氯乙烯替代四氯化碳作为油类萃取剂的研究

摘    要:油类萃取剂四氯化碳对人体毒性较大,且对大气臭氧层有着严重的破坏作用。实验尝试用低毒的四氯乙烯替代四氯化碳作为油测定的萃取剂。经两者在检出限、线性、精密度、质控样品测定,以及萃取效率试验、加标回收试验的比较。结果表明:改进方法代替标准方法基本可行。四氯乙烯较之其他替代品具有一定的优越性。

Abstract:As an oil extractant, tetrachloromethane is ratherpoisonous to human and has severe deteriorating effecton ozonosphere. Experiment made an effort to substi-tute tetrachloromethane with less poisonous tetrachlo-roethylene as an oil extractant, through comparisonwith these two on determination of SDL, linearity,precision, standard sample, rate of sample recoveryand the extractive efficiency, the result showed thatsubstitution for the standard method was feasible andtetrachloroethylene has a relative superior over otherreplacers.
