选择性催化还原脱硝工艺的布置方式及分析

摘    要:选择性催化还原脱硝工艺(SCR)是一种高效的烟气脱硝技术。本文介绍了SCR工艺的脱硝原理、三种布置方式在国内外的应用情况,阐述了三种布置工艺工业化应用中所出现的问题及对策,并对SCR工艺在脱氮效率、投资与运行费用、系统复杂性、氨泄漏等方面进行了分析与评价。

Abstract:Selective Catalytic Reduction Process is a high-efficient flue gas denitrification technology. The paper describes its denitrification principle, commercial application conditions and related strategy of three different SCR configurations at home and abroad. Moreover, analysis and evaluation on selective catalytic reduction process have been done according to denitrifica- t~on efficiency, investment and operating cost, complexity of system and ammonia slip etc.
