基于模糊数学理论的环境评价模型的建立——以哈尔滨Y机械加工厂为例

摘    要:模糊数学在实际工作中应用广泛,运用模糊数学理论可以对建设项目环境影响评价指标体系进行全面系统分析,并以此为基础建立综合评价模型是可行的。建立的综合评价模型能较正确的反映建设项目对环境的影响程度,对实际工作有一定的实用和指导性。通过模型计算出来的结果在一定程度上能较客观的反映一个建设项目从环保角度上考虑实施的可行性。

Abstract:Fazzy mathematics is widely applicable in practical work, make use of fuzzy mathematics theories to take a comprehensive and systermic analyse for the environment impact assessment of building project and build up comprehensive evaluation model is possible. That model can reflect the degree of a building project's impact to surrounding environment, that is helpful and guidable in practical work. The outcome of the model is a certain extent objective reflection of a building project from the environmental protectical angle.
