| Abstract: | In this paper,Decision of the CCCPC on Some Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening the Reform is taken as guidance.With the institutional construction of ecological civilization as the means and development of beautiful Liaoning as the objective,in combination of the actual work in Liaoning Province,discussions are started with countermeasures,suggestions and guarantee measures on how to establish a systematical and integrated ecological civilization institution and system,which would be helpful to instruct the institutional construction of ecological civilization in Liaoning Province. |
