摘    要:建立了用离子色谱法测定丙烯酸丁酯生产废水中丙烯酸和对甲基苯磺酸的新方法。采用IonPac AS11-HC阴离子色谱柱,淋洗液为30mmol/L的NaOH淋洗液,流速1ml/min,抑制电流75mA。丙烯酸根的检测下限为0.44mg/L(峰面积)、0.46mg/L(峰高),保留时间、峰高、峰面积的变异系数分别为0.03%、0.50%、0.50%,峰高、峰面积的线性回归系数R分别为0.9929、0.9954。对甲基苯磺酸根的检测下限为0.49mg/L(峰面积)、0.48mg/L(峰高),保留时间、峰高、峰面积的变异系数分别为0.02%、0.48%、0.47%,峰高、峰面积的线性回归系数R分别为0.9990、0.9998。常规无机阴离子对丙烯酸、对甲基苯磺酸的测定没有干扰。对实际废水样品进行分析,丙烯酸、对甲基苯磺酸的回收率分别为101.6%~104.4%、95.4%~96.8%。方法简便、灵敏、可靠。

Abstract:A new method is established for the analysis of acrylic acid and p-toluenesulfonic acid in butyl acrylate-production wastewater by ion chromatography. The IonPac AS11-HC column was used as anion separation column with 30mmol ·L-1 NaOH as eluent. The eluent flow rate was 1ml ·min-1 and the suppression current was 75mA. For acrylic acid, the detection limit of the method were 0.44mg ·L-1 for area, 0.46mg ·L-1 for height. The relative standard deviations were 0.03% for retention time, 0.50% for height and 0.50% for area, respectively. The correlation coefficients of the calibration curve were 0.9954 for area and 0.9929 for height. For p-toluenesulfonic acid, the detection limit were 0.49mg ·L-1 for area, 0.48mg ·L-1 for height. The relative standard deviations were 0.02% for retention time, 0.48% for height and 0.47% for area, respectively. The correlation coefficient of the calibration curve were 0.9990 for area and 0.9998 for height. Common inorganic anions did not interfere. The recovery percentages were 101.6%~104.4% for acrylic acid, 95.4%~96.8% for p-toluenesulfonic acid, respectively. The method is simple, sensitive and reliable.
