| Abstract: | This paper introduces the parameters and performance of ZEP-1380 type disk aerator. The test and analysis on the main factors affecting the oxygen transfer rate and aeration efficiency, which are the two basic criteria of disk aerator ditch process,have been carried out.The optimum immersion depth and the rotatory speed of the disk are 480～510 mm and 52～56 rpm respectively. Under the above operation conditions,the oxygen transfer rate of a single disk is 1.78～1.98 kg/h,the aeration efficiency is 3.18～3.43 kg/kW*h. |
