摘    要:根据聚丙烯生产装置多因素、多变量、多层次的人机系统特点,为弥补其他安全评价方法的不足,应用层次分析法给出相关安全因素权重,建立模糊数学评价模型,评价结果符合实际,有较强的实际应用性。

Abstract:According to the man-machine system characteristics of multi-factor,multi-variable,multi-level in polypropylene production unit,fuzzy mathematics assessment model was established by using AHP to get the weight of related safety factors so as to make up the shortages of other safety assessment method.Assessment results were agreed with practice,with strong practical application.
