| 摘 要： | 介绍总氮、总磷联合测定的一种方法。实验中，调整了消解过程的氧化剂用量和酸度，以含有氮和磷的混合标准溶液配制一系列标准样品，经高温、高压消解后，分别进行比色，测定样品中总氮和总磷。该方法与标准方法相比，大大简化了分别测定总氮、总磷的工作量和时间，测定结果令人满意。

| Abstract: | A study on a method for joint determination of total nitrogen and total phospho-rus has been conducted. In the experiments,the dosage of oxidant in the digestion processand the acidity were regulated.A series of mixed standard samples were prepared by astandard solution containing both N and P and oxidized under hight-emperature and high-pressure. Then total N and total P contained in the samples were respectively determined bycolorimetric method.Comparing with the standard determination method , this one couldgreatly reduce working-quantity and determining-time with satisfactory results. |
