| 摘 要： | 污染物总量控制是实现地区可持续发展的有效措施。该文在对天津市某局地区域大气氯乙烯污染现状及污染源调查的基础上,提出了大气氯乙烯总量控制目标和总量负荷分配方案,并对该地区大气氯乙烯环境目标值的可达性进行了分析论证。

| Abstract: | Total quantity control of pollutants is a effective measure for regional sustainable development. On the basis of monitoring present pollution level and investigating emission sources of VCM in a certain area of Tianjin, the objectives of total quantity control and the load distribution plan were put forward for air pollutant VCM in this area, and the feasibility of the objectives was analysed and proved. |
