再生资源开发利用产业化中回收体系特征的初步分析

再生资源开发利用的产业化是发展循环经济的主要内容,其中回收阶段是整个产业发展的关键以北京市海淀区的社区回收体系为例,通过问卷、访谈等实地调查分析,结果表明:目前再生资源开发利用产业正处于原产业化阶段;该产业回收体系的市场化是政府控制的有限竞争;该回收体系是未来农村劳动力转移的重要领域,对工业化和城镇化进程有积极的作用. 

Preliminary Analysis on the Traits of Resource Recycling System

The recycled resource development and utilization industry is regarded as the main content of the circular economy. The collection is the key link of the whole industry. A case study in Haidian District of Beijing was conducted, through the methodology of fieldwork, interviewing and theoretical analysis. The results show that the industry is now in the original development stage ; the recycling market is a limited market which should be controlled by the government to some extent ; and also the industry is a vast source of employment especially to the immigrants from the countryside and thus will play positive roles in the process of industrialization and urbanization.
