| 摘 要： | 生态城是人类生态文明的集中反映。本文提出了可持续发展思想和生态学原理是建设生态城的指导思想。还提出了治理沈阳生态环境的几个重要措施。 1.生态环境实行区域治理 ;2 .植树造林 ,治理冬季煤烟污染 ;3.推进小城镇建设 ,治理周边和城乡结合部环境 ;4.提高市民生态环境意识。

| Abstract: | Eco-city is a Concentrated reflection of human eco-civilization.In this paper,the sustainable development idea and ecological principal were proposed to take as a guiding thought for construction of eco-city.At the same time,Some of the measure for controlling environment of Shenyang were put forward in this paper.They are as follows:1.Regional management for environmental problems.2.Tree planting and afforestation,and controlling pollution of coal and smoke in winter.3.pushing on the construction of small town,and managing environment in the combined area between town and countryside.4:Promoting eco-consciousness of citizens. |
