可持续发展理念下的资源型城市转型评价体系

随着世界经济发展一体化进程加速和我国市场经济体制逐渐成熟，计划经济时代成长起来的资源型城市难以适应社会经济发展的潮流，面临着重重困境。将可持续发展理念融入建立资源型城市转型评价体系的过程，提出了评价方法。通过对发展度、持续度、协调度以及趋势度的测算，该指标体系能较好地反映资源型城市的转型发展水平、可持续性、协调性和发展趋势，有利于资源型城市在转型过程中采取相应的竞争策略。

Evaluation System of Resource- based City Transition Ability Under the Idea of Sustainable Development

With the increasing development of world economic integration and gradual developraent of market- economy system in our country, the resource- based city grown in the era of planned economy could no longer meet the needs d social and economic development, confronting a variety of dilemma. This paper introduced sustainable development idea in the process of establishing an index system of evaluating resource - based city transition ability and put forward the method of evaluation.This paper deemed the index system which could specify development level, sustainability, coordination and development trend of resource- based city by calculating development degree, sustainability degree,coordination degree and trending degree, which was useful for us to taking relevant competitive strategy during the resource - based city transition process.
