| 摘 要： | 文章通过对土壤总氮测定方法中催化剂、硝基化试剂、样品消解时间及消解温度等对样品测定值影响的试验，对土壤中总氮含量的测定方法进行了研究。结果表明，用修正的凯氏法消解、凯氏定氮仪定氮、滴定法测定土壤中的总氮，测定不同含氮土壤样品时，相对标准偏差在2．87％～8．11％之间，加标回收率在86．5％～102．7％之间，方法的检出限为0．014g／kg，有较好的准确度和精密度。

| Abstract: | This paper studied the determination of total nitrogen in soil by modified Kjeldahl method.It studied the influences of the catalyzers,the nitration reagents,digesting time and temperature on the examination.The result indicated that the relative standard deviation was 2.87%~8.11%,the recovery rate was 86.5%~102.7%,the detection limit was 0.014 g/kg.This method is accurate and precision. |
