头孢噻肟钠生产废渣的综合利用

摘    要:从头孢噻肟钠生产废渣中回收2-硫醇基苯并噻唑合成二硫化二苯并噻唑,DM的收率达23.8%,产品质量达到HGB2-158-61标准,小试表明,方法可行,操作稳定,简便,既减轻了废渣生成的污染,又回收和用途广泛的化工原料,有一定的环境效益和经济效益。

Abstract:A method of recovering 2-mercaptobenzothiazole (M) and synthesizing 2, 2-dibenzoyhiazy1 disulfide(DM) from waste residue of cefotaxime sodium had been developed. The yield of DM reached 23. 8% of wasteresidue and the product quallty could meet the standard of HGB2-158-61. The results of small-scale test provedthat this method was characterised by reliable technique, reasonable technological process, stable and easy operation. It could not only reduce environmental pollution, but also recover useful chemical materials, there fore it hadgood environmental and economic benefits.
