摘    要:为研究开发净化挥发性有机物的高性能生物滴滤器 ,以甲苯为唯一碳源筛选出对甲苯具有高生化降解能力的适宜微生物菌种 ,采用气液相同步驯化菌种 ,强化接种 ,投加营养改善挂膜的方法 ,挂膜周期由 2 3d左右缩短为 7d。甲苯气体的生物滴滤器净化试验研究结果表明 :在入口气体甲苯浓度范围为 0 4 2~ 4 71mg L和表观气速为 4 8~ 12 0m h(停留时间 10 5~ 2 6 7s)的条件下 ,该生物滴滤塔对废气中甲苯的最大去除能力为 6 2 6g m3·h ,稳定甲苯净化去除能力为 36 0g m3·h。

Abstract:In order to develop the effective controlling technology for VOCs emission,a suitable microflora with high conversion capacity for the recalcitrant toluene as the unique carbon source is selected and a high performance biotrickling filter is used to remove toluene from a waste gas stream.The acclimation period is shortened down from 23 days to 7 days by adding nutrient salt and using gas-liquid phase acclimation.The results of experiments show that when the toluene concentration in influent gas and the specific gas flow rate were in the range of 0.42~4.71 mg/L and 48 m/h~120 m/h(resident time 10.5~26.7 s) respectively,the maximum biological elimination capacity of toluene in waste gas is 626 g/m 3·h ,and the normal biological elimination capacity is 360 g/m 3·h.
