| Abstract: | The sustainable utilization of inactive land resources is one of the main ways to make full use of agricultural latant productive capacities and relaxe the contradiction between population and land resourecs. Based on the analysis of exploitation conditions of inactive land resources in Hebei province,the prospect and countermeasures of sustainable utilization were put forward in this paper. |
