摘    要:介绍了国内外生物质固体成型燃料技术与产业及成型机发展现状,综述了生物质固体燃料成犁机的几种类型及特点,对各种成型设备的性能和应用进行了比较,并针对目前国内生物质固体成型燃料技术及没备存在的问题,提出了我国生物质固体成型燃料及设备产业化的发展方向.

Abstract:This paper likes to provide an overview of the research advancements in solid biofuel-preparation technology and the corresponding facilities needed. As is known, solid biofuel industry and the technology and the equipment/facilities for biofuel production have been developing very fast, particularly in recent years beth at home and abroad. However, the industry has been developed neither in a planned way nor through the systematic application of the modem production equipment and facilities, particularly at home. Therefore,present authors like to introduce first of all the current development state of the branch of industry both at home and abroad, and, then,give a commentary on some advanced or sophisticated solid biofaelproducing technologies in the developed foreign counties. However,we want to take as its central focus the introduction to the production and research state in situ in our country. As a matter of fact, for a long time the industry in our country had been staying in the piloting stage. Then several types of biofuel preparation machines were developed with their own characteristics, such as the extruder presses, pisten presses and matrix pellet press. Comparing the performances and applications of the above variety of molding equipment and facilities,conclusions can be made that the ring matrix pellet press is suitable for large-scale biofuel preparation for its higher productivity, good shape and lower energy consumption. However, the solid biofuels such as that from straw-immersion are more popularly used not only good for convenient appliances, but also clean for industrial purposes. As a high-quality renewable energy source, solid biofuels can be used to replace some primary energy resources, such as coal partially in the countryside. For the time being, still problems exist with the solid biofuel technology and equipment in our country, such as too fast wear of easily-worn parts, high maintenance costs, poor reliability, high energy consumption, unreliable uniformity of.molding equipment and solid biofuels, in addition to the lack of coordination and short hours of continuous running of the auxiliary processing facilities.And, then, this paper has also given discussion on the standard solid biofuel quality and production regularity to be established as soon as possible. And, finally, suggestions have been put forward on how to solve the problems of poor stability, higher rate of liabihty to process failure and hard to ensure continuous implementation of regular preparation of procedures with emphasis on modernizing and up-to-dating the production technologies as well as the equipment and facilities concerned.
