煤矿环境噪声对居民健康影响的调查

摘    要:参照国家环境噪声标准,在西山官地矿,选择了噪声在50dB(A)以下两类居民区,对16岁上的居民选256名为本次调查对象。监测结果,户外最75dB(A),均超过国家规定标准。在50dB(A)以上的环境下生活、工作和学习的居民神经系统和听力均有不同程度的损伤,而且损伤程度与居住年限有密切关系。神衰阳性率10年以上者,50dB(A)以上34.28%,50dB(A)以下为13.55%。语频听损检出率50d

Abstract:o refer to PRC' S standard for environmentalnoise, two groups of population which exposed tothe noise above 50 dB (A) and below 50 dB (A)were selected from Guandi coal mine in westernmountain region, Taiyuan, and 256 men above 16years old were taken as the investigative subjects inthis study. The results of measurement were that thegreatest values of environmental noise measuredoutdoor and indoor were 75 dB(A) and 63 dB(A),respectively. All of these values have exceeded thePRC's standard for environmental noise.Therefore, the results shown that living, workingand studing under this condition have injuried effectson population's nerve system and hearing to acerium extent and the injury extent was associatedclosely with living-years. The possitive rate ofneurasthenis in population living for above 10 yearsand exposed to above 50 dB (A) was 34. 28%,while that exposed to below 50 dB (A) was 13.35%, the hearing injury of voice frequency inpopulation living for above 10 years and exposed to50 dB(A) was 34. 7% while that living for below10 years was 29. 59% and there were statisticallysignificant differences between both above at P<0.05.
