摘    要:文章报道麦草秸秆水解-发酵两步耦合生物制氢的研究结果。在该研究条件下,麦草秸秆的产氢能力达到68.1mLH2/gTVS,与未经处理的底物相比提高了约135倍。此外,对麦草秸秆的产氢机理也进行了探讨。

Abstract:Batch test was carried out to analyze influence of several environmental factors on biohydrogen production from wheat straw waste by dark fermentation.The maximum cumulative H2 yield of 68.1mL H2/g TVS was obtained at the fixed initial pH of 7.0 and substrate concentration of 25g/L,which was about 135 fold as compared with that of raw wheat straw waste.The content of cellulose,hemicellulose and reducing sugar in wheat straw waste was also analyzed.
