摘    要:以一种简单经济的麸皮为唯一固态发酵底物 ,对Coniothyriumminitans(CBS 14 896 )的孢子生产进行了研究 .比较了不同的麸皮 /小麦配比作为底物时的孢子产量 ,发现当以麸皮为唯一底物时 ,能够获得最高孢子产量 .并在此基础上研究了不同的初始含水量 ,麸皮预处理和初始 pH对孢子产量的影响 ,在麸皮初始湿度为 14 0 % ,115℃处理 2 0min ,并调节 pH为 6 .0 ,固态发酵培养 7d可以得到 9.5× 10 9个孢子麸皮 .本研究第一次采用来源广泛 ,价格低廉的麸皮作为唯一底物来进行Coniothyriumminitans的孢子生产 ,并达到了较高的孢子产量 ,为Coniothyriumminitans作为生物农药的工业化生产提供了新的选择 .图 6参 17

Abstract:Spore production of Coniothyrium minitans CBS 14896 on a simple medium with wheat bran as the sole substrate was studied. Different combinations of wheat and/or wheat bran were used and tested as the substrates to produce spores of C. minitans. The higher spore yield was achieved using wheat bran as the sole substrate. Different initial moisture contents, different pretreatments of wheat bran and initial pH values were investigated, respectively. The highest spore production was obtained at the initial moisture content of 140%, at 115℃ for 20 min, and at an initial pH of 6.0, respectively. Under the optimum conditions, the production of 9.5×109 spores per g initial dry matter was achieved after incubating 7 days. The present study provides a method to use wheat bran as a simple and cheap substrate to produce spores of C. minitans on an industrial scale. Fig 6, Ref 17
