江苏土地资源存在的问题及其对策

一、扼要叙述土地资源利用现状、变化趋势和后备土地资源状况,二、说明江苏土地资源利用存在的问题。三、重点阐述人地矛盾突出和环境污染发展趋势严峻两大问题。四、指出必须把治理保护土地资源和生态环境作为一项重大任务加以落实。提出加强综合管理、综合治理,加强资源保护,控制人口增长,加速农业资源开发的对策。

THE EXISTING PROBLEMS AND COUNTER-MEASURES OF THE LAND RESOURCE UTILIZATION IN JIANGSU PROVINCE

This paper consists of four parts,Firstly,the present status and the alterationtrend of the land resource,as well as the conditions of the reserve land are brieflydescribed and analysed.It can be seen that the reserve land is not abundant in Jiang-su Province,and the cultivated land is becoming less and less.Secondly,the existingproblems of the land utilization in Jiangsu are stated in four aspects,i.e.waste of theland,destruction of the land,depletion of the soil fertility,and pollution.Thirdly,it is stressed that the biggest proplems are the striking man-land contradictions andthe accelerating development of environmental pollution.Fourthly,in order to dealwith these problems,the management and conservation of the land and the ecologicalenvironment must be taken as an important task.Measures must be put into effect nowto integrate management of the land,to control population growth and to improve theutilization of agricultural resources,with the purpose of creating an excellent agro-ecological and living environment.
