褐土中磷镉交互作用对磷镉有效性影响

摘    要:为了阐明磷与镉在土壤-植物系统中交互作用机制,通过施用磷肥提高镉污染土壤修复效率,通过室内培养试验研究了磷镉交互作用对磷镉有效性影响。在供试褐土中磷、镉分别以不同处理培养90 d后,接近自然状态下对磷、镉进行吸附、解吸。结果表明:(1)在磷镉同时加入时,速效P的质量分数随着施Cd质量浓度的升高而显著降低,在磷质量分数一定时,施镉降低了土壤中磷的有效性。(2)培养的含磷土壤对不同质量浓度镉吸附解吸时,褐土对镉的吸附量随着磷质量分数的增加而增加,此结果与(1)有一定的差异,可能的原因是向土壤中添加磷镉的顺序不同所造成的。

Abstract:To elucidate the mechanism of P and Cd in soil-plant system,and increase the remediation rate of Cd contaminated soil by application P fertilizer,this paper study on P and Cd interaction on bioavailability of P and Cd.The paper studied the tested Cinnamon soil which added P and Cd and incubated 90d adsorbed and desorbed P and Cd.The result indicated that,(1) when P and Cd added at the same time,the available P content in the soil was significantly decreased with the added Cd concentration increased,and added Cd amount reduced the P availability when P content was same.(2) the amount of Cd adsorption in Cinnamon soil which added different concentration P and after incubated was increased with P content increased,this result was different with the result(1),the possible reason was the sequence of added P and Cd different induced.
